At Charminar, we’re not just dishing up curry — we’re bringing a slice of Hyderabad to Adelaide. Named after the iconic Charminar monument in the heart of Hyderabad, our restaurant is built on the same spirit: rich history, bold flavour, and a warm welcome for everyone who walks through the door.

Since opening our doors, we’ve grown from one kitchen to two — Klemzig and Brighton — without ever cutting corners on how we cook. Every biryani is still made the traditional dum way: sealed, slow-cooked, and worth the wait. Every curry starts from scratch with whole spices, not shortcuts.
